I, Odessa Wiggins, currently residing at 6232 Brookview Place, Elkins, PA., wish to make the following statement.

On August 26, 1991, I consulted Dr. Rachel Kohler, of READINGS BY RACHEL, who resides in Reading, Pa., for a psychic consultation via the telephone. At that time, Dr. Kohler warned me of a fire in my apartment building, located at 1600 Church Rd., Wyncote, PA. I told her that there had been a fire, but she strongly advised me that another was soon to occur. Because of her strong advice for me to secure tenant insurance on my personal possessions, and because on Saturday, August 31, 1991, a fire did occur in my building, I wish to state that because of Rachel's accuracy in the past relating to my personal life, and also to this near tragedy for me, she has been of immense value. Her accuracy and help I sincerely and do hereby attest to.

This fire was broadcast on the Saturday, August 31st edition of KYW-TV News.
